I've finally done a full update of my SM symptoms document (in the health FAQs: http://www.cavaliertalk.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=25). It now has a few clarifications and reflects some new thinking, and also gives some background on PSOM (as the symptoms can be so similar to SM).
