    Default New SM forum

    I've added in a separate forum in the cavalier chat section (eg this section) on SM. So people can post questions, information, general chat about SM and whatever is of interest there. If there doesn't seem to be much interest in a separate forum I'll simply merge it back into the Health section but I have a feeling it might be useful to have a dedicated section for chatting, sharing info and experiences, and so on.

    Also have folded some forums into others and otherwise neatened up the board. I am trying to create sections if it is useful to have them separated off, but leave them merged if there are few posts into a given forum.
