Do any of you do a titer test for vaccinations, or do you follow a regular vaccination schedule?

What is a titer test?
Titering is a blood test that measures the current levels of prior vaccinations maintained since the shots were last given--if the levels are adequate, it may replace the need for annual vaccinations against some diseases.

thanks. theoretically, could a dog have a possibly adequate titer level who had never been vaccinated but was exposed to the disease in the environment and resisted the disease?
Good question, for a vet, but I suppose it could be possible...
