In Memory of Todd

Todd has sent a contribution to the Rupert fund. He was always so loving and I am sure he would like to help others if he could. His short life was packed with love and memories. We are very slowly coming to terms with him having to leave us. Hope you can see the devotion in his eyes.

Unfortunately, I don't have the patience to try and remember how to upload photo's at the moment, hopefully soon, but there should be the single picture of him above

Gentess1,

I was so sorry to read your Post about TODD, nothing I can say at the moment will be of any use to you, but from experience things will in time get better, then you will be able to think of all the Happy Times you had with Todd.

Bet

I certainly can see the devotion in his eyes , my thoughts are of course with you and i will follow Todd's lead and also send a cheque to the Rupert Fund.

Thank you for the support. I have just noticed, you have a ruby called Megan also, how spooky is that !!

Yes - all the best rubies are called Megan! Mine is now 11 years old (with SM and hydrocephalus) but doing well on medications and still enjoying life, as you can see

Got the same cheeky face as mine. Your Megan has lovely fluffy ears. You do the best for your dogs, I find them harder to care for than my kids ( grown up kids !!!! ). During our journey with Todds illness, one of my specialist vets said that his belief is that ALL CKCS have some form of SM. If I had have known what I know about the breed illness when I bought my first dog, I might not of got him, Only kidding, I love them, and wouldn't have them any other way. My little Megan has taken the loss of Todd the worst of our three, Todd was the only one that could be bothered to play with her when she pestered him enough. She has become less hyper, but we have started getting her to interact with one of the neighbours young dogs, hopefully that will keep her young.

Thank you SO much for donating in memory of Todd - a very special boy, and he has left you with precious memories.

This was such a lovely thing to do at a very difficut time, and is greatly appreciated.

Thank you to Pauline for putting up the photos - Todd was a very handsome dog.
