Hi all,
Bella went and had her second needle last week and everything went well.
I mentioned to the vet that she had been scooting since her last visit (when she had a tummy bug and runny poo).
He expressed her anal gland and said that they were infected. He said that I should learn to do it myself and showed me how.
It's been only a week since that and already she is scooting again.
Is there any food I can give her to help her out? I am already giving her beans and carrots and unprocessed bran. The poo's do seem reasonably firm.
I also read that they can have these problems from food allergies.
I woulndn't know where to start as she has been on royal canin all her life.
Is there anything else I can do? (calling vet tommorow morning to get his advice)
