Hi

Just had my renewals for the girls all due 2nd Oct and are as below also compared to last year 2011 - 2012

2011-12 2012-13 AGE

Rosie £ 137.17 £152.15 5 Y 2 M

They have gone up but so have lots but still I think give best value. Daisy with her op and medication and three month trips to C/G
plus her visit to Simon Swift and all his tests has had about £4000 plus spent on her .Poppy ,Rosie and Lily only vet trips so I pay there but
we have the knowledge that if xxxxx happens we have the best on our doorstep and Ionly pay an excess of £75 per condition for the
next twelve months .Worth every penny so will pay at 9.00 am in the morning .Hope this info is of use as I know a lot cover with AXA

Best Wishes

Thank you Brian - I don't live in the UK, but I have some family who do and have dogs so it's very useful to know what is 'tried and tested'. Putting it another way I make that less than 50p per day for each of your girls - a good deal if you ask me!

although expensive, I think your rates in UK are still a bit better than those in the States. Your rate for Daisy converts to US $331.79 and that's about what I paid for my Golden's insurance for one year. He was under one year and very healthy at the time I purchased it. The price for Tess (9.5 years) was too high and I didn't get it.

Must say AXA is good in regards to premiums not going up a lot. With Harley I claim between £2000 / £3500 every year. It never goes up by much. This year on top of his SM he had an eye ulcer and i needed to see a specialist twice and another follow up appointment in December then we had 8 weeks of colitis and they even paid for his special diet that was £2 a small can. And then he cracked a tooth and had that out. Funny the vets just rang me and told me that AXA send them a cheque for £217 that should have been posted to me. The colitis, tooth & eye all came to £700.
