Hi all,

This is the orginal design cool coat by Ruffwear. Only reason for donating is that Ruby has grown out of it and will be getting her a new one.

It is XS but will fit a smaller cavalier between 5-8kg and around 18 inches in length and is elasticated and adjustable.

It is a fantastic design and the write up/full description can be found at the following link

http://www.muddypaws.co.uk/muddy-paws-coats-harnesses-dog-coats/ruffwear-swamp-cooler-jacket/prod_153.html?vlsrc=gaw&gclid=CPevu7Pv3qsCFYJO4QodhBfwPg

I swear by these and would make a hot day very comfortable for the dogs.

I will be donating a Fuzz Yard brand new pink dog bed! Brooklyn won it in a "Puppy of the Month" competition, she laid in it once or twice (it is SO cute), but we already have 3 beds on top of this (ha, she is spoiled), so I put it away before it got used and was going to donate it anyway, but then this auction came up, so now it can be yours!
It is apx. 45cm x 65cm.

I will donate the shipping costs to anywhere in the world, so that means free shipping to you :)

Julie, from the Etsy shop POTTERYFORPETS ( http://www.etsy.com/shop/juliescheffer1 ) has offered to donate two custom made spaniel bowls to benefit Rupert's Fund for the autumn auction.

She will post internationally with you paying the cost of postage, but just keep in mind the cost of shipping ceramic bowls overseas may be a bit pricey. If you visit her Etsy site, she has postage costs on her site so look for an item similar to the one you are bidding on to determine how much to expect for shipping.

1) One normal spaniel bowl, custom designed by you - you work with Julie to choose colors /style. A couple examples of her work (not your actual bowl, since it is custom:
http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l318/lanibass/REVISED20HEART20DISH20FOR20MAG.jpg
http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l318/lanibass/ringspanielbowl.jpg

2) One Raised Spaniel bowl, ideal for dogs with SM. Again, you work with Julie to choose the design/colors you want. Julie will even tilt the opening to make it easier for your dog to drink. I believe this example is probably an unfired bowl since it is not shiny like the others (work in progress):

Lots of yummy goodies!! Many forum members have kitties too, or have family members with kitties, this would be a lovely Christmas present for that special furry person!

Alternatively it would be lovely to win and donate to a rescue...gives you a warm cosy feeling inside too :lotsaluv: Sadly the cat rescues are completely overwhelmed here in the UK [so I guess in other countries too] I've heard that some of the big cat rescues are not only full but have a 4 month waiting list for cats to come in :yikes :(:( as people are just not adopting cats.

We have a really bad cat over population here too. Shelters are always full of cats. All 4 of mine were rescues. I also have my friends 2 kitties here for an unspecified amount of time. They lost there house and were nearly forced to send the kitties away to a kill shelter :( Wasn't about to let that happen so the kitties are residing here until they owners are back on there feet. Thankfully things are looking up and they should have a new place in a few months.

You gave me a good idea too.... One last item for the auction

Highest bidder gets a lot of 25 home made Fleece catnip cat toys to be donated to the shelter of your choice. If you want to give them to the shelter yourself I will mail them to you. If you would prefer I can mail them directly to the shelter. I just ask that they get sent to a shelter/rescue. Toys are small 3-5 inches in size and vary in color/shapes. All the toys are filled with fresh catnip. My cats go nuts over these! Winning bidder pays shipping.

Here is an example of toys from a previous lot I made:
