Many years ago we used to make toys to entertain Rupert, our first Cavalier - generally out of food packaging or toilet roll tubes. This was the start of learning about enrichment, and over time we have accumulated quite a few toys, as well as learnt that you can repurpose many household items so it doesn't need to cost anything!
The Nina Ottoson toys have always been big favourites, as well as Kongs - which had to be adapted for Kayla Shih Tzu, by cutting off the end third so she could get into the bottom . The third we cut off was the perfect size to hold an ice cube too.
We've just discovered an amazing company https://pickpocketforagers.com/ - I don't have any connection to the company but love the quality of the products and the customer service is amazing.
Kayla received her first parcel and is absolutely delighted. I know a Cavalier friend has ordered from them too so hopefully some Cavalier photos to share soon.
