• If you're a past member of the board, but can't recall your password any more, you don't need to set up a new account (unless you wish to). As long as you recall your old login name, you can log in with that user name then select 'forgot password' and the board will email you at your registration email, to let you reset your password.

First cavalier - does this look normal?

Hi everyone - we have purchased our first cavalier from a breeder and recently received pictures where the body shape looks off to me. The sweet girl is the runt of the litter and expected to be pretty small which is all okay with us! I just want to ensure anatomically that her hips/legs/shoulder ratio are right - could be the camera angle but something looks off. Thank you!

Hi, It's very hard to judge from photos, how exactly a puppy really looks.
He stands very wide at the front, but this could be due to discomfort from the harness.
I would ask them for a video of the puppy moving freely without the harness.
Ideally, you should be able to view the puppy in a natural setting with Mum.
