Finally got a picture of Laughing Lazer, Anna, and Anna's puppies (the first picture). All the puppies really are there, it's just we couldn't get them to all stay lined up for the picture; amazing how quick those little buggers can move! We were holding off as long as we could with the picture because we wanted the puppies to be as old as possible before Grandpa Lazer went back home.
Lazer is Anna's father and is a big, beautiful boy with enough fur for 3 dogs; Lazer is very laid back. He is an AKC champion and has retired from our breeding program. He lives with an absolutely wonderful family just a few miles from here. He has been here for 3 weeks while his family is on vacation in Hawaii and will be picked up tomorrow. We are really going to miss him when he goes home.
The other picture is of the 9 puppies together with their first try at free feeding. We took some hard food and soaked it for about an hour in some warm goats milk Esbilac. They didn't eat the soaked food (as we expected), but they loved the Esbilac. There are still 2 or 3 that we had to place in front of the food so they could figure out what was going on.
