wow. poor charlie--that would be hard for any dog, but for a cavalier to have to keep moving and to lose those he's bonded with, that is so heart breaking to think about--and even worse to think he didn't even have someone to really bond with. poor little guy, thank goodness now he has his real home. I hope he and you don't have to deal with SM now, when he's just trying to take happiness for granted, as he so well deserves. I'm glad he has such a good mom who will make sure he will get what he needs, and if it's medication for SM, then he'll get it. i hope somehow it will not be SM.
