Perfect example of a flippant, shallow article that didn't even bother to get an alternative perspective on WHY designer dogs are considered questionable -- that maybe it is not so much the AKC 'turning up its nose' snobbishly (and what a joke when the whole point of the article is how snobbishly trendy and expensive designer dogs are!!) but that when some ignoramus in Wisconsin is breeding 50 'hybrids' they probably aren;t starting with either the healthiest dogs nor the best interests of any pups produced in mind. Let's just call it what it is -- a puppy mill producing hybrids. :? And a nice source of income for the bybs and the puppy mills.
